Scant Buzzer is a term created to describe a person who derives sexual thrills from the act of sniffing another persons underwear. It is often demonstrated through the physical gesture of holding three fingers over ones nose area, to simulate holding the crotch of a pair of panties, and sniffing rapidly.
"Martin, what are you doing with your face in my grandmothers underwear drawer?!"
