1. Someone that likes techno because of the song "sandstorm."
2. A retard that says he is a huge fan of techno because he has heard the song "sandstorm," even though he has never listened to another techno song in his life and probably doesnt even know it was made by Darude.

pulled off when two or more people try to get busy in the bedroom.

Step 1- acquire boombox with sandstorm on disc

step 2- have 1 or 2 people wait in bedroom closet with boombox

step 3- when the victims start getting "Busy" have the person in the closet turn on the boombox and open the door. so everyone can enter

step 4- with door open, everyone starts dancing to the music when the victims who were about to get busy end up getting cock-blocked by the music

person 1: dude we are so totally goin sandstorming tonight at the party ! person 2: hell yess we are!!
