A mix of a Lizard-Man and Ogre. The Lizard-Man taking over the outside features, having scaly skin and sharp slits for eyes. The Ogre half taking over the digestion and organs. Saktokos are cannibals, usually eating their off-spring and spouse. Therefore making the population plummet in numbers.
Guard1: Yeah I ran into a Saktoko today, that thing was fast as hell but thankfully I had an adventurer to help me kill the damn beast

Guard2: No way, I heard they went extinct a couple of years ago
