(Verb) Doing things of questionable moral nature, esp. those that go against religious teachings and/or documents. (e.g. drugs, sex, and rock and roll)

This has nothing to do with the occult or the worship of Satan.

Heaven's Gate founder Marshall Applewhite, is a good example of one who practices sacreligion.
