'Stocazzo

'Stocazzo 'stokattso is a common word in Italian language and is widely use all over the peninsula.
It literally means "this/my dick" and its most histrionic use requires both hands of the speaker to go around the genitalia, modeling a round shape while whistling (discretionary), reaching his peak of rudeness.

Mostly considered as swearing, it is suggested to be used solely in a friendly or informal dialogue.
Its use may vary depending on the context, but you will generally hear it as an exclamation or a general answer for quite every (dumb) question and specially for any WH questions.
As for the exclamation use, it may work both for reaction of joy or concern, conveying a great sympathetic participation from the listener toward the speaker. However, as for the general answer, the use of 'stocazzo may not be well tolerated since emphasize a great use of sarcasm.
