An inebriated mental and physical state of being in which the afflicted develops a complete incapacity to speak coherently, maintain positive thoughts, and walk at the pace of the average 65 year old. Some other known effects include; the lack of understanding of personal space, spewing theories on history, politics, art and the end eminent end of the world, and severe potential to bring up past issues.
