2. A guy who is attracted to and likely banging a girl like Rose from the Titanic at the end of and beginning of the movie. She is the one who stupidly throws the gem into the ocean. Pronounced rose (like the flower) now (as in the time).

Rosetown Roulette 

Created in the city of Santa Rosa, CA, Rosetown (often shortened to just "Rosa") Roulette is a game played at the the ass-end of a pipe (or bong, bubbler, or any other smoking device with a bowl) session, when you can't tell if there's one solid rip left or if its just ash. If you successfully get one more toke, you win. If you get a mouthful of ash, you lose.
