A 'rompski' is a conepiece or bowl packed full of marijiuana and or a mixture of marijuana and tobacco. Commonly reffered to as chop in New Zealand and Australia. The saying was originally popularised by the youth of Waiheke Island. A small Island in New Zealand.
I just snapped a rompski with the boys. ( Snapping is to smoke the whole cone or bowl in one in one hit.)
