The mistyped version of "regular". For example, "regulat catch-up".

Employees who have an unbelievable amount of unnecessary regular catch-ups in their diaries have a much higher tendency to make this typo than a normal employee. According to an unknown research, they make 24 times more of this particular typo than an ordinary employee when they are given a task to complete booking of a given set of meetings.

Over decades, psychologists have been trying so hard to find an answer to explain this phenomenon. The most popular explanation so far is that -
- these employees have been unconsciously overwhelming themselves by filling their diaries with all these useless regular catch-ups
- they are overwhelmed to an extent that their subconscious want their diaries to be regulated
- but they are so overwhelmed that they consistently misspell the word "regulate" as "regulat"
Your colleague: It was a great meeting! Let's turn this into a regulat catch-up.

You: ... I already have 4 regular catch-ups with you each week in my diary for different topics.
