refucktor

A term used in software development to describe an unsuccessful refactor project.
Describes the outcome of a change that was intended to improve the underlying software but has actually made it worse.

This word is often used as an antonym for refactor.
The team have just spent 2 weeks on a refactoring project for the Scholarships functionality in AMS and now it no longer works. We must schedule another project to remedy this latest refucktor.

refucktored

In software development, code is said to have been refucktored when a developer makes changes that remove or break existing functionality.
1. Someone neutered my feature! It was refucktored...

2. That last merge refucktored the client.
