a formal greeting or sentence enhancer; can be used to say hello, Eff off, your retarded... etc.

person A: "person B, Qwuag-ta."
person B: "Qwaug-ta to you to person A!"

person C: "hey person D, I just robbed a gas station!"
person D: " Dude, your seriously a Qwuag-ta..."
