Used generally on on-line, role-playing games, QQirl (the QQ meant to symbolize two crying eyes and irl a reference to 'in real life) is used to communicate that the player is 'crying in real life'. This is usually not the case, unless they have absolutely no life and have adopted on-line reality as their own. At that point, I should hope they seek professional help.

Get the QQirl mug. What cowboys in the old west called a hand-rolled cigarette; they kept their papers and tobacco in a decorative leather pouch and called it their "works".

Get the Qirl mug. What cowboys called a hand rolled cigarette, not a joint, and they didn't even have "blunts" back then!
Listen to the Marty Robbins song "Cowboy in the Continental Suit" where it says the cowboy pulled a "sack of Deuce" and "rolled himself a quirly". He's talking about tobacco, not pot!
