1.)Noun, A feeling of soreness in the neck caused by spending long hours over a puzzle.
2.)Adjective, used to describe a person who spends long hours doing pointless and demeaning tasks, i. e. puzzles.

1.) After he finished the 10,000 piece puzzle, Drew had quite the puzzle-neck.
2.) I bet that puzzle-necked asshole spends all his free time with putting together those goddamn jigsaws.

Puzzler’s Neck 

When you have been puzzling so hard that your neck begins to hurt. At this point you need to see a chiropractor.

Shannon: “Joe, we have been puzzling for so long my neck is hurting.”

Joe: “Uh oh, you got a classic case of Puzzler’s Neck. Time to see a chiropractor Shannon.”
