An offensive word in Mongolian language meaning the word "Bitch". Usually followed by another two Mongolian word "Oy Chi" meaning "Hey You". After "Oy Chi Psta" there is a word "mn" which there is no word for it in English but makes the sentence proper in Mongolian language
