When you take such a large dump that the poop piles above the water line in the toilet and forms a small island.

Oh man, I blasted a dookie so huge that it formed a poop island that barely flushed.

(n) What happens when you are pooping in a toilet with less water than usual, and the poop pokes out of the water, thus forming an island. Usually has some trouble flushing.

Crap, my island poop won't flush! *gets ice scraper* That should do the trick.
