Ponomonium

An act or statement that severely or drastically changes the state of ones being, such as attitude, mood, outlook on life, or self-esteem. Can be positive or negative, but must be rated as "hilarious" to be a true ponomonium.

If I told BabaGanoush that he had floppy ears and my statement made him want to kill himself, but everyone laughed at it, it would be a ponomonium. Use stricter judgement to rate hilariousness of statement.

Pootonium

Horrendous foul-smelling shit, often discovered after a curry or more often known as 'beer shits'. The smell of pootonium is highly toxic and should be avoided at all costs.

Dave: I wouldn't go in there for a while, I just dropped my guts.

Steve: Smells like some weapons-grade pootonium!
