Polylinguist

A person who can speak more than two languages.

A person who speaks one language is a monolingual, a person who speaks two is bilingual, and a person who speaks more is polylingual!. They are a polylinguist.

Une personne qui parle une langue est un monolingue, une personne qui parle deux est bilingue, et une personne qui parle plus est polylingual!
