Pokrovsky Hills is a cage designed for rich americans to be kept in isolation from the rest of the world. It is ruled by 2 idiots known Yoav p and Nic. These 2 idiots have appointed themselves the presidents of the republic of pk. Yoav p can often be found eating carbs and staring at blank walls while Nic is usually tied up to a dog leash as he sniffs every raving corner of pk.
