Pokoyoko

An ugly, yet oddly attractive entity that preys on victims who have become much too belligerent (Due to excessive alcohol and drug use). This creature enjoys the taste of blood with a high alcohol content.

Yo man, make sure you don't get too stoned or the Pokoyoko will come for you.
