When someone uses a cutlass on it's flat side to physicaly attack someone else,usually when they are drunk.(Note: 95% of the persons being attacked are not killed or severly chopped...or are they?)

It's a word coined by famous White Southerner Calvin Candie.

Not to be confused with panache, it refers to the amount of badassery that can ensue after a White man gets permission to say the N word from Samuel L. Jackson.
