A Philana is a very out-going and warm-hearted person. Also, Philana's are smart, beautiful, loving, and crazy. Philana's always get what they want, when they set there mind to something they always accomplish it. Philana's are usually in the medical field. They tend to have a weak spot for Irish men. Can sometimes be a bit of an air head sometimes.
