Peenwhiff

1. The unmistakable foul stench of penis/testicles, usually prominent when very sweaty.

One who blows on a man's member or unit with a gap in ones teeth, therefore creating a whistling sound.

"man, see that girl over there with the summer teeth ? Bet she's a real Peenwhistler!"
