When a couple or two people use a toilet at the same time to urinate.

One individual sits on the toilet and the other straddles the first person's legs and urinates through the thigh-gap.

—"That was the longest car ride! Honey, I don't think I'll be able to wait while you go to the bathroom. Can we do a pee-ramid?"
