Papierre 

This is a term reserved for those one-testicled wonders of society whom can pop up at any time at any place. They could be encountered in a crowded cityscape or more commonly wandering down a country lane far from any semblance of society. Befriend the Papierre and you have a friend for life, but never cross him, for fear of far and wide ranging repercussions. One day you may be victim of misfortune and pass it off as chance, but little do you know it is the work of the slippery and shady Papierre.

Look at that random guy walking down this non-pedestrianized country lane, Papierre!

I'm going through a real streak of bad luck, I should never have crossed Papierre.
