Used to describe someone who has gone above and beyond what humans can perceive to be an epic fail.

kevin was bieng a panzie because he would not go into the car of the lady he didnt know. Kevin later got in the car thus proving that he was not a panzie. yet by succombing to the public pressure of his fellow peers he is now dubbed a panzie
