Mashed Pachicken Cheese

A locally famous dish made in Leeside, Cork, Ireland that includes a large portion of potatoes, Kerrygold cheddar, and potatoes all mashed together. It is usually served with a side of brussel sprouts or another vegatable, and in rare occasions, rashers.
"I just finished my mashed pachicken cheese at Sam's place with a pint of Guinness and it was a truly filling meal!"
