Common term used with mechanics to subtly say that the customer is an idiot and there is nothing wrong with their vehicle. PEBSWAS stands for PROBLEM EXISTS BETWEEN STEERING WHEEL AND SEAT.
Mechanic 1: Hey man, this customer says there is excessive wind noise on the highway with the sunroof open!

Mechanic 2: PEBSWAS

Mechanic 1: HAHA. I don't know what is worse, the customer actually complaining about that, or that the service advisor wrote it up.
