PCem is short for "Physical Chemistry" which is a class taken typically as a junior or senior in college. It combines: Inorganic Chemistry, Organic Chemistry, Physics, and 2 semesters of Calculus.

Typically regarded as one of the top two most difficult classes taken as an undergraduate.
