You post a hand on the 2+2 forum and only include a little bit at a time, stopping each time the action gets to you. This is oposed to the normal, where you post the entire hand, except the result. Usually, you will include PAHWM in the subject line: "Lets PAHWM".

Schwarzenegger's feelings of euphoria while pumping iron. Also: full
pahmp (verb) to be so overwhelmed by good vibes that you are not only
pahmped, but experiencing a full pahmp.

Last night was crazy. Bob got wasted again and closed down the bar. He was full pahmp.
