“On, not in” is a term that prevents two heterosexual males from doing anything homo. It is used in reference to sleeping bags, where if you place the other male on top of the bag instead of inside it’s no homo but if he were to be inside, you’re a total fag. It’s similar to “if you wear socks, it’s not gay”

Woah woah dude, don’t do that, it’s gay, you have to put him on, not in.
