Offensophile 

The type of person that gets offended at the slightest thing in order to be seen to be politically correct. Typically, the person in question is getting offended on behalf of someone else. More often than not, the person has just reacted rather than considering what has been said.
The comments section in online news is just full of offensophiles these days.

2. A person who gets offended easily, often, or likes to be offended on behalf of others (i.e.: virtue signaling)
They gets offended by everything, they even get offended on behalf of other people, they are offendophiliacs.
