They usually use derogatory, hateful and demeaning words to describe or insult anyone who disagrees with their radical liberal view points.

If you have ever been to or seen a liberal rally a typical ObamaBagger can be seen and heard chanting slogans like "hey ho, let's go free abortions on demand", etc while beating on an empty 5 gallon plastic pickle container drum.
