Nicup 

A "Non Confrontational Player", or also "Non Combative Player". The term "Nicup" is most commonly used in First Person Shooter video games and refers to "campers", or players who play very defensively. Nicups tend to stay in one place and wait for other players to come to them.

"Nicup" was a term coined by YouTube user ELPRESADOR in his video "Destroying Nicups In The Jungle", which is a Call of Duty: Black Ops gameplay video.

I climbed over the rocks and knifed a nicup that was hiding in the weeds.

Nirupama

Just a variant of the word nice. It comes from Japan and Korea where people misspell the word nice by saying nicu! It sounds funny and is used often online typically as a positive reply on something.
