Nicky-Joke

A really rubbish joke that nobody understands or laughs at. These jokes are often said at an awkward moment to avoid something. This results in the person that said the joke being laughed at for being such an idiot. Another form of Nicky-Joke is the reply of "Thats what she said" after something not rude.
Whats the difference between Basil brush and a terrorist?" , "The terrorist only goes boom once" , "Oh for god sake, not another nicky-joke" or "Woah! man, thats huge" , "Thats what she said" , "Stop the damn nicky-jokes -.-".

Words you can keep

Nick Joke

A simple joke given a long pretense with many added details leading to an ultimately disappointing conclusion
Nick Joke:
A man was walking home alone one night when he heard a "BUMP....BUMP....BUMP..." behind him. Walking faster, he looked back, making out an image of an upright coffin banging its way down the middle of the street towards him.

The man began to run toward his home, and the coffin bounced after him faster....faster...

He ran up to his door, fumbled with his keys, opened the door, rushed in, and locked it behind him. The coffin crashed through his door, with the lid of the coffin clapping on the heals of the terrified man. The man rushed upstairs to the bathroom and locked himself in, heart pounding.

With a CRASH, the coffin broke down the door, coming slowly toward him. The man while screaming, reached for something, anything....all he can find was a box of cough drops which he hurled at the coffin...and suddenly the coffin stops.

A stupid or pointless joke, similar to the ones made by Nick V.
Person 1: "Why did the chicken cross the road?"
Person 2: "Why?"
Person 1: "Because it felt like it!"
Person 2: "Dude that was such a Nick Joke!"

Back when I lived in upstate new york

A meaningless, unimpressive, self-serving introduction. An indicator that the story about to be shared will be pointless and dumb.
Back when I lived in upstate new york, I also had to park on the street - on two occasions, we got enough snow, mixed with just the right plowing, that my car was lifted off the ground from so much snow being jammed underneath it.

Sister: This meeting was to discuss the rough draft of my essay, where we discussed the subsidiary questions I added in my rough draft. We also discussed the relationship between my main title and the real-life situations I chose to use in my essay. We discussed the structure of my essay as well, specifically the Math AOK section and how it relates to the contradiction of the title. This second meeting was particularly helpful in discussing the implications of my essay claims and how to apply the title across various areas of knowledge. There were many sections of the essay that could have been cut down in wordiness and the ways of knowing required further and more in-depth analysis.

Salad Days

green inexperienced youthful judgement and cold blooded execution of those judgements.

Rashness with little concern of consequence.

When I was green in judgment, cold in blood."
