Nevifolliphobia

The irrational and impairing fear of hair-growing epidermal nevi, more commonly known as moles.

While most consider the occasional ornery hair sprouting from a mole to be unsightly, those with this phobia recoil in horror at the sight of one.

"Make sure you pluck your moles before you go on that date with Steve, I heard he's got a touch of nevifolliphobia."
