Egotistical photographers who takes pictures of themselves taking pictures (often to show off high-end gear which they may be holding).

I saw Bill on the side of the road posing in front of a tripod with another camera in his hand. He's such a narcissloptic!

Narcisseptic

A narcissist is an extremely conceited person, and and a person that is septic is full of toxic waste. A "narcisseptic" is a person that is completely into themselves, thinks of no one but themselves and they are completely full of shit.

He constantly lies to make himself look better. He's such a narcisseptic.

One who who is toxically narcissistic.

Brian couldn’t take his eyes off of his own webcam feed during the Zoom call. The only times he looked away from his own image was to belittle his co-workers. He was truly the most toxically narcissistic individual she had ever met. He was indeed narcisseptic.
