A hyphy-esque dance craze in which you "hold yo head back like a nosebleed comin through" while letting the body get loose and Move it like Bernie. The reference comes from the popular 1980's movies, Weekend At Bernies 1 & 2.

A new dance getting popular in the south. To move it like Bernie, dancers go limp and do their best impersonations of of the dead guy from Weekend at Bernie's
