Dead from the neck up. Worse than morons, these people seem to go that extra mile to prove they are really REALLY stupid - moronbie.
You can see them on social media seemingly trying to prove that they have no spark of intelligence - not even the brains they were born with.
Usually the act of utter stupidity is photographed and 'YOLO' is the explanation.

A combination of Moron and the alias of Walter White from the hit show Breaking Bad, Heisenberg. It is used to insult someone's intelligence.
