'Mericano

A massively large cafe Americano coffee drink. A bastardization of redneck "Bigger is better" George W. Bush patriotism ('Merica) and the coffee drink made popular in WWII Europe by American soldiers who would water-down their espresso drinks.

(Person in line at Starbucks): I'll take a short cafe Americano, please.

(Large Redneck walks up, slaps patron): This is 'Merica! We don't do nothin' short! Get this man/woman a 'Mericano!
