This is a rather difficult dive performed off a diving board. It was invented and is the signature dive of John Swift of Spring Lake, NJ. The diver begins by running the length of the board, towards the end jumps and turns the body 180 degrees in the air landing at the tip of the board backwards. Using the inertia from the jump where you turned your body, spring off the board doing a back flip. The last part is done in one fluid motion.
