One step up from the McOrgy, the McSimonIncollingo sandwich consists of one Mcdonalds double cheeseburger, one McChicken sandwich, an order of 6 chicken Mcnuggets, and a small fries. The McSimonIncollingo is created when said items are put together inside two buns.
