Major Awkward - very embarrassing moment/situation for someone or being called out for something that it’s proven/obvious you did or said. Example: someone doesn’t reply to a group invite on social media and when the inviter reminds him/her about it, they claim they never check that site but it clearly shows all invitees that he/she opened the invite and just didn’t reply.

“Wow, Sally just told Betty about the group Facebook invitation to the pre-prom party on Saturday because Betty never replied and claims she never got the invitation.
