Lip Lag

The resulting difference between the words a person's mouth forms and what is heard while watching something that has been dubbed over or something that has been poorly animated.

(Deaf) Person: Wth did he just say?
(Deaf) Person 2: Signing Don't worry it's just some Lip Lag.
