The word that describes someone who purposely updates their Facebook status to get likes. This normally is a recurring theme when a popular TV show is on and these idiotic 'likemunchers' use there up-most wit to draw in the likes. They usually are the sort of people that believe they are the most popular person 'In the world!', as the great Jeremy Clarkson would say, when really they have less friends than someone who.. has.. no friends.
Man: Oh no, Xfactor is on. Wait for the millions of status's to block my news feed and annoy me till I shrivel up and die.
