One who is slow, or can't get things mentally at a normal rate.

Jonny: What does the cow say to the other cow that is in it's way?
Stacy: I don't know, what?
Jonny: Moo...ve your wideload over.
Stacy: Huh?...
Jonny: Stacy, why are you so lazyheaded?...
