In a modern life defined by order and waiting, one often ends up in 'queue': real or metaphorical. The Law of the Dumbarse states if a Dumbarse in the 'queue' stuffs up and stops the queue from progressing then all others behind him or her must suffer as a result.
Things were going ok, when, according to the Law of the Dumbarse, things began to go wrong. You can always count on the stupidity of others.
