Often used by teenage girls in a state of infatuation with a boy, obsessed by things he does that seem inconsequential but are unique to that one guy, eg:

Smile
Laugh
Way he walks ect

Girl 1: Why do you like him?

Girl 2: *swoons* Oh just the LTHD's

Girl 1: *Sigh*
