Løhvær does mean asshole (rævhøl) backwards in some places in Norway. Like when you are calling someone a læhvær, you call him an asshole.
You are a "løhvær" in Norwegian; "Du er et løhver". "Oh wow you have a nice løhvær"= "Du har et fint løhvær".
