A weird, almost alien type of being who primarily derived from parts of mongolia and turkey. Myth has it that most of the Kotsi-sapiens came from the town of Kotsiria, a small town in southern Greece however the Spartans thought they were in-humane and considered them a sub standard to their high expectations of what a human being should be and performed a genocide on all but a small minority of them.
