The first man to be given this family name won a ancient viking battle by killing the opposing king with a cow's leg bone hence koefoed. needless to say all decendients are beyond badass. they kick ass, get ass, pound ass, slamm ass, grab ass, rarely kiss ass, and have even been known to stomp ass.
